2. General principle
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. We process your data solely on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). In principle, you can use this website without providing personal data.
3. No cookies, no analytics, no third-party services
This website does not set any cookies that are not technically necessary. We do not use web tracking, analytics tools, advertising networks or social media plugins. Fonts are served locally from our server; there is no connection to Google Fonts or comparable providers. No third-party maps or videos are embedded.
4. Server log files
When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically processes information sent by your browser: the page accessed, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser type and version, operating system and IP address. This data cannot be attributed to specific persons by us and is not merged with other data sources. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for the technical provision and security of the website. Log data is deleted after a short time.
5. Appointment request form
If you send us an appointment request via the form, we process the data you provide – your name, your contact details (phone number or e-mail address) and your message – solely for the purpose of handling your request and making an appointment. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which you expressly give in the form, and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for pre-contractual measures. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future – informally by phone or e-mail. The lawfulness of processing carried out until revocation remains unaffected.
Please do not transmit any health data via this form. Information about your state of health is a special category of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR; we collect it exclusively in personal conversation or in the course of treatment, not via this website.
The information from your appointment request will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing, but at the latest when the request has been finally processed and there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.
6. Protection against misuse
To protect the form against automated submissions, we use a hidden control field and limit the number of requests per IP address. No additional personal data is transmitted to third parties in the process.
7. Contact by phone, fax or e-mail
If you contact us by phone, fax or e-mail, we use your details solely to respond to your enquiry. Please note that unencrypted transmission by e-mail and fax may have security vulnerabilities.
8. Hosting
This website is hosted by a service provider in the European Union. A contract for order processing pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exists with the hosting provider.
9. SSL/TLS encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser address bar changes from "http://" to "https://".
10. Your rights
You have the right at any time to obtain information about the personal data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). Please contact us using the contact details above.
11. Right to complain to the supervisory authority
You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is: Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
12. Changes to this statement
We update this privacy policy whenever changes to the website or the legal situation require it.
